1. Bonus Terms

- When receiving a bonus, the player will first play with Bonus Points points balance (original points offered, points earned from those points played and points purchased), and finally with the bonus.
- Your original purchase of points earns 600%. Your second purchase earns 400% and 500% on the third.
- All other purchases are awarded bonuses according to loyalty level.
- Members over 75% ratio do not qualify for the daily chat bonus or exclusive flash offers.
- All bonuses in your account as well as any you win after will be cancelled in the event of a redemption request.
- Every day, members will receive their daily amount of Bonus Points Bonus Points to enjoy our products.
- Birthday and Anniversary Bonuse points: These bonuses are considered Bonus Points Points and any winnings generated cannot be redeemed.
- Any bonus / promotion not specified here will be credited or not at the discretion of the house and that decision will be final.
- If you have a redemption after qualifying for an extra bonus on next purchase you forfeit that offer.
- Extra Bonus wins to be used on next purchase are valid for 10 days after the win. This includes Facebook, Chat and Contest offers and cannot be combined with any other offer besides loyalty and chat daily bonus.
- Members with pending redemptions do not qualify for any extra bonus offer, freebies or Contest prizes.
- To qualify for the bonuses points in our chat rooms or via specific promotions, you must have purchased points prior to participation.
2. Prize Redemptions, Odds, and Gameplay
Our terms and conditions provide clear and transparent rules for Members.
- Redeeming your points to rewards occurs every Wednesday.
- Once approved, members will be redirected to Points2Rewards.com to select their prize.
- All Members must provide KYC upon requesting a redemption. KYC audit can take up to 72 hours.
- Members must play from the same IP address as they registered, unless approved in advance by management. Failing to do so will forfeit your redemption.
- Play while using a VPN is strictly prohibited.
- Redemption requests must be made before Wednesday @11:59pm EST to be processed on Thursday.
- Members with 3 purchases or less on file that win a jackpot of 1000 points or more, will be allowed to redeem their points in 4 weekly payments.
- Redemptions are paid at a maximum of 2000 points per month.
- Redemptions from Jackpots of 1000 Points ot more or redemptions winnings of 1000 Points or more will be paid as follows:
- 501-1000 will be redeemable over 4 redemptions periods.
- 1001-5000 will be redeemable to points in 10 equal weekly installments.
- Redemptions exceeding 5,000 points will be paid to a maximum of 2000 points per month.
- Please note, that jackpot wins of over 1,000 points DO NOT affect your redemption ratio.
- Members with redemptions over 1,000 points must provide a testimony with pictures to share in our Winner’s Section. Redemptions will not process until testimonial is received.
- All Members with redemptions (from jackpots of 1000 Points or more or redemptions requests of combined wins of 1000 or more) are required to make a purchase every 30 days in order to keep their account active until the redemption is fulfilled.
- Redemptions requested without a purchase prior to their winnings, do not qualify for a redemption.
- Members can request comp/winnings from comp, be removed at any time to enable a valid purchase for future redemptions.
- Members can request funds from as a pending redemption as a purchase (minimum 100 points).
- Once requested, all unqualified comp/winnings will be removed from their account, so they can qualify for future redemptions.
- Only 1 redemption requested will be processed per week, starting with the original pending redemption.
- Members are not allowed to consolidate redemptions. Once the redemption has been requested, you must wait for the following week’s redemption process to complete.
- Redemptions will be paid using our rewards platform – www.Points2Rewards.com.
- All redemptions requested fraudulently will be declined, funds removed from your account/IP’s blocked and your account(s)will be closed.
- One account per household unless approved by management in advance, so support and update the notes on your player’s account.
- Network brands will be allowed and will qualify for a redemption as long as their original account does not have a redemption percentage exceeding 50%.
- Should management deem a redemption to be requested under fraudulent circumstances, the redemption will be declined until our investigation has been completed.
- Once a redemption has been requested, 100% of ALL REMAINING COMP Points will be removed from your account.
- Redemptions are restricted to one weekly redemption per person, per week on all combined networks.
- If a request is made on one network no other redemptions will be completed on additional networks that same week.
- Members found to be cashing out for the sole purpose of re-purchasing to take advantage of points bonus offers will be subject to bonus penalties or redemption fees at the discretion of the network management.
- Must have a purchase in the last 30 days to qualify for a redemption. This goes from the day the redemption is PROCESSED not the date it is requested.
- One redemption is allowed per each purchase, it can be a single payment redemption, or, if over 500 Points, one approved in redemptions.
- The Minimum amount for redemptions is 250 Points.
- Only winnings off the last purchase made, or bonuses on that purchase can be redeemed.
- Once a player requests a redemption of their points, they lose all remaining Bonus points in their account as well as any pending to be added prior to the requested redemption.
- You will also lose any prebought bingo games purchased in bonus points before you requested your redemption and the bonus points will be removed from your account.
- Please note that the system will warn you that this action will be taken by displaying the following message BEFORE you continue with the redemption request: "Your account contains xx in Bonuses that you have not yet qualified for and xx in Bonuses you have earned. Redeeming points from your account will cancel all unqualified, qualified bonuses and earned Bonuses".
- Redemptions from your daily free spins are allowed as long as you have met the minimum redemption amount.
- For first time redemptions, KYC will need to be presented (2 Picture ID's or one ID and a utility bill to verify your name and address. This is a onetime requirement. Documents can be scanned and emailed to [email protected].
3. Banking
Once your account is created, the next step is enjoying your daily free points. Should you run
out of your daily allotment of sweep points, you can purchase points, which will unlock all games
offered on our Bingo and Casino products.
